🇪🇸 Beautiful enhanced music bringing gentle fairy waves from Biscayne Bay right to our hearts.
Hyedra band hails from San Sebastián, Spain. They are five piece – I’d say a truly cohesive team. In the summer of 2018, the guys have launched their self titled album, which has depicted Hyedra’s artistic capability.
The record starts with “Bosch” with immediately heavy notes and then blossoms in different colors. Band’s musical palette is rich indeed: in general it’s thoughtful post-rock, not always melancholic, but also toothy, methodical and even mathy a little bit.
Really good album, providing sublime and focused mood. A piece of art that for sure should come back to one’s play-list.

This is one of the greatest post-rock albums from Spain. It reminds me at times to Toundra, from Madrid.
