🇺🇸 Get prepared for something special. A moment when metalheads and free jazz lovers can be happy in one time.
Ex Eye members call themselves “post-everything quartet” and I doubt I could add anything else. For sure, you’ll find plenty of collectives playing weird music in New York, but Ex Eye is outstanding one.
This debut self-titled album explodes inside the head. It is heavy as hell and there is a lot to find inside. Thus, it starts with upbeat “Xenolith; The Anvil” with amazing saxophone embracing rhythm section and ends up with pure avant-garde. In the middle you’ll encounter blackish debris that will get stuck in both auricles for a long while.
And hordes of goosebumps don’t get tired to attack for an hour. Whoa!

Wonderfully weird! It has strong post-metal influences.
