🇳🇪 🇧🇪 Welcome to the desert spreading up right in Bruxelles. Fell this hot wave and clap yourself while listening to Kel Assouf.
Kel Assouf rises from Belgium whilst the true nature derives from Niger. Frontman Anana Ag Haroun and keyboardist Sofyann Ben Youssef, the guy who also produced their latest record, joined by their mates have reached a point of their own style and state-of-the-art level.
“Black Tenere” album contains a spectrum of rhythms and shades: it starts with “Fransa” surprisingly enriched with textures and intersections between guitar and keys. Such a collaboration continues through the rest album, bringing a new dimension to desert rock.
Riding a camel though Europe, bringing nomadic spirit and love, they also share suffering of Tuaregs and tell the story which lasts and cannot end.
