๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช Leipzig is our next stop. Flying Moon In Space presents the second LP as a continuation of their free experiments. This time they happen to be wider and even more abstract then before. We get a a certain flavor of retrospective mixed with futuristic matter. It’s strange, but it’s barely dividable. More electronic and weird power pop, less conventional convenient things. let the improvisation achieve its sheer freedom and step back, that could be a motto for this album. The guys apply this rule from the first second up to the finale.

6. Volhv โ€“ Slavia (2022)

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง In the beginning of July, our goose has brought another magnificent album by Alex McCree. He has been publishing his works under the name of Hernungr, and this particular LP got a different alias. It’s due to a special focus on Slavonic cultures, namely Serbian and Ukrainian ones. Alex is referring to pre-Christian period of pagan times, when the original music and legends orbited around natural forces and gods behind. Not sure that our predecessors created ambient though. Anyway, the album’s atmosphere seems coming straight from the magus’ camp.
