You were probably surprised by a bunch of flags above. Kuhn Fu is a truly multinational band assembled by composer and guitarist Christian Kรผhn in Berlin, where most of the members of this band settled.

Each of the musicians brings their own unique experience, transforming the palette of the ensemble. It makes its sound unique. The style on this album swings from guitar rock to improvisational ethno jazz fusion and along the way gets into the noisy brass band. As you may have guessed, we will hear all this in an avant-garde key, without stops and delays along the way.

The first, self-titled composition obviously occupied the central place on the album. Here the story gradually leads us to the underworld. We are descending along dilapidated towards the sounds of water and slowly swaying trees. Watch out for the brass: at a certain moment, their voices merge into a powerful stream that causes amazement and goosebumps. They will not keep you waiting in some other moments of the recording as well.

However, I will not tell you where to look for them, letting the effect of surprise to break into your space. I guess that this was the authors’ intention. Anyways, I suggest you check this for yourself.
