The autumn’s melancholy settled right in the one composition’s title and spread throughout the whole album. In contrast, there is a light silent joy around and it follow you all the way long.
This is rather paradoxical music coming from Crystal Dorval from Canada, who chose the name White Poppy for her project. In her compositions docile guitar strings emit the waves and sparkling electronic background resonates.
Notice the lyrics and you’ll feel the power of the feelings hiding behind the words. Here, the blue is coming in various forms and sensations.
